1. Nature of Advisory Service
Maa Finance operates strictly as an independent loan consultancy and Direct Selling Agent (DSA). We do not provide direct loans, lines of credit, or financial lending capital from our own balance sheet. All loan facilities are originated, evaluated, and disbursed directly by our partner banks and NBFCs.
2. No Guarantee of Sanction
Submission of an inquiry on this platform does not constitute a guaranteed loan approval. Final sanction, eligible amount, interest rates, tenure, and security requirements remain at the sole discretion of the partner bank or NBFC in accordance with their regulatory credit underwriting criteria.
3. ₹0 Borrower Consultation Fee
Maa Finance does not charge prospective borrowers any upfront file inspection fee, consultation charge, or sanction percentage. If anyone claims to represent Maa Finance demanding cash payments, please notify our Anand management immediately.
